Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition with minimal to no signs of wear and all original packaging included. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

To begin a return, email psst@sssentia.com with your order number.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order.

Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
